All the groups will be studying John Hamilton’s book "24 Hours that Changed the World." No other 24 hour event in human history has had more impact than the last 24 hours of Jesus’ life. Experience through study, film and discussion the significance of Jesus’ final hours in ways you have never before. Sign up in the Main Hallway for one of the small groups.

Middle School Basketball (for neighborhood young people) continues, thru March 18, on Thursdays (3:00 - 5:00 p.m.) and Saturdays (9:00 - 11:00 a.m.) Volunteers are needed to monitor, referee, keep score and wash uniforms on Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Does someone need your prayers? Attend the Service for Wholeness on Sunday, March 14, in Zaun Chapel, at 9:45 a.m. This brief service, offered each month, provides time to gather in prayer for family and friends experiencing difficult and uncertain times.

JAPC will host a Blood Drive sponsored by the American Red Cross on Wednesday, March 17 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Mark your calendars and plan to join us to donate and/or volunteer during this important event. Please do not give blood at another facility if you are going to participate at JAPC.

Presbyterian Women are going to the play "The Dixie Swim Club" at the Historic Players Playhouse on Sunday, March 21. The play features JAPC member, Anne Maters. We’ll leave from the JAPC parking lot at 1:30 p.m. and the play begins at 2:00 p.m. Following the play, we will have a tour of the playhouse and enjoy dessert. It’s a wonderful opportunity to spend time with other women from JAPC. Tickets ($18) must be purchased in advance. Please sign up in the Main Hallway.

Support the church school children as they collect coins for "Cents -’Ability" (a Presbyterian Church sponsored program to address hunger). If you would like to donate coins during your family dinners a collection box can be obtained from Kathy Chateau. The money collected can be returned to the church on the first Sunday of each month. The program continues through June.
